Developer Moda Living and investment firm Apache Capital Partners have submitted a planning application to Liverpool City Council for a £80m development on Princes Dock in the UK.

The 34-storey Princes Reach development forms part of Peel Group’s £5.5bn redevelopment of Liverpool Waters project and will consist of 304 apartments with a lounge, gym, roof terrace, garden, fitness studio, and a cinema.

As part of the regeneration, 60ha of dockland will be transformed into a mixed-use waterfront development quarter in Liverpool city centre.

"This building has been designed to provide a legacy for Liverpool and its historic skyline."

The building will also have residents’ car and bicycle parking and concierge, work and interaction zone with meeting space and a 17th floor lounge for residents.

Moda Living joint managing director Tony Brooks said: "Our development will deliver much-needed homes for rent with fantastic amenities in a 24-hour managed building which will provide the best space for residents to socialise and relax as well as opportunities for those who want their workplace on their doorstep."

Apache Capital Partners co-founder and managing director said Richard Jackson said: "This building has been designed to provide a legacy for Liverpool and its historic skyline.
