Brookfield Multiplex has received a contract to design and build London Wall Place in the UK, which will consist of an extensive landscaped public realm and two commercial buildings.
One will be a 300,000ft² building spread across 12 storeys and the design provides floor plates of between 9,000ft² to 42,000ft² and includes extensive roof terraces for tenant use.

The second will be a 16-storey building offering 190,000ft² of efficient 12,000ft² floor plates, all of which offer views across London city. The building also has vertical glazing and a triple height space on the top floor.
The development programme will create a new public realm for the city, including beautifully landscaped gardens designed around the historic Roman ruins of London Wall and the thirteenth century St Alphage Church.
London Wall Place development is targeted to achieve BREEAM Excellence standards and is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2017.
In July, Brookfield Multiplex was selected by UK-based developer and operator of private rental homes, Essential Living, to build new residential towers in London.
The £90m Helix project will be located next to the Canary Wharf Estate and consist of two elliptical towers, the 35-storey Eastern Tower and the 29-storey Western Tower.
Designed by MAKE Architects’ Ken Shuttleworth, the towers will be connected from the ground to the fourth floor and linked by wish bone structures at levels six and 21.
The Helix project will include 395 apartments with a mix of studios and one, two and three-bed private rented flats.
