Overall, the Park contains more than 7 million ft2 of Class A bulk industrial space, all of which is exclusively developed by Mohr Capital.

The Park is being leased by CBRE’s Mark Writt, while Curran Architecture’s Mike Long and American Structurepoint’s Ross Nixon are in charge of architectural and civil designs.
