Construction work has commenced on American real estate company Mill Creek Residential’s new apartment community in Revere Beach, Massachusetts, US.

Named Modera Revere Beach, this project will comprise two residential buildings above a shared podium encompassing 357 apartment units.

The first residents are expected to begin moving into the property in late 2025.

Modera Revere Beach will provide studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans with select den layouts, with the average unit comprising 901ft².
