
LandSouth Construction, Florida-based general contractor, has commenced construction of Waterleaf at Salt Creek, an upscale multifamily project in Savannah, Georgia, US.
Waterleaf at Salt Creek is part of the Berwick master planned project along US Highway 17.
Graycliff Capital is the developer of Waterleaf at Salt Creek, which is slated for completion in spring 2024.

Robert Kovacs will act as the LandSouth project manager for Waterleaf at Salt Creek.

SGA Narmour Wright Design has been appointed as the architecture firm for the project.
This will be a garden-style development with 14 buildings.
The project will feature a mix of one, two, three, and four stories.
Two buildings will feature elevators.
The project will have a total of 252 units.
Residents will be able to select from ten floor plans, ranging from one to three-bedroom units.
The units range from 833ft2 to 1,624ft2.
Waterleaf at Salt Creek will also provide several amenities, including a 5,748ft2 clubhouse, a pool with a cabana, carwash, and dog wash areas.
The project is close to downtown Savannah, as well as Forsyth Park, Wormslow historic site, the Savannah Ogeechee Museum, Hunter Army Field, and Old Fort Jackson.
