Residential homebuilder Landsea Homes has closed on 136 acres of land to develop a new community called Wildera in Pinal County, Arizona, US.

Located on Bella Vista road, just two miles from Hunt Highway, Wildera project will feature 461 homes of different types including single-family homes with modern architecture.

The initial planned amenities at the project will include a 13-acre centralised park with an aquatic centre, picnic areas with a shade trellis and BBQ, an open lawn, outdoor activity areas.

Development of the project is slated to commence immediately, with opening scheduled for December 2023.
