Infracorp, a United Arab Emirates-based real estate investment and development company, has entered into an agreement with Abr Al Mutawassit Contracting Co to begin the third phase of its residential project, California Residences, in Dubai.

The contract was signed by Infracorp’s CEO and board member, Majed Al Khan, and Wael Al Sahawneh, CFO of Abr Al Mutawassit Contracting.

The third phase will involve 370 residential units, constructed in line with the latest building standards and featuring contemporary designs.

Al Khan said: “We are delighted to announce our partnership with Abr Al Mutawassit Contracting, which has a proven record of excellence and achievement in the construction sector and is renowned for applying the highest global quality standards and ensuring precise, on-time delivery.

“Our choice of Abr Al Mutawassit to implement Phase III of California Village reflects our confidence in their ability to realise our ambitious vision for this project, which is to create a sustainable residential community that combines luxury, comfort, and integrated services.”

This development builds on the previous two phases of California Village, which have already been completed and handed over to residents.

California Village offers more than 600 residential units, including villas, apartments, and townhouses, designed for urban lifestyles.

The project is valued at more than $350m and covers an area of 112,127m², located near major sites such as Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, IMG Worlds of Adventure, and Global Village.

In June this year, Infracorp unveiled Marina Bay, a $200m luxurious residential development located on Reef Island on the northern coast of Manama in Bahrain.

For the project, Infracorp partnered with design consultant AAP Design Construction, a full-service design and construction company specialising in design and building projects in Portugal and Kuwait.
