Allea Group’s subsidiary Anolia Holdings has appointed Hill International to provide project and construction management services for a luxury mixed-use resort in Limassol, Cyprus.

The new resort, spread across 10-hac of lush parkland, will include a 300-key luxury hotel, named Grand Hyatt Limassol, which will be managed by Hyatt.

The hotel will comprise a six-floor East wing and a seven-floor West wing which will be connected by a grand lobby.

It will also include premium spa and fitness facilities, a kids club, three restaurants, a multifunctional ballroom, a personalised concierge service and a fully equipped business centre.

The new mixed-use resort will include gated community villas, a residential tower as well asan array of premium facilities.

The 24-floor residential tower will be situated immediately above the hotel and will feature a designated amenity space, underground parking, a wellness bar, private entrance and a lounge area.

An infinity rooftop swimming pool and kid’s pool with sun loungers, a business centre, a library, a fresh local Mediterranean herb garden, a cinema room, and a kid’s playroom will also be included in the residential tower.

The gated community villas at the new resort will include a dedicated yoga and meditation area, outdoor sport facilities and kids’ playgrounds.

Hill’s scope of work under the contract involves project management services for pre-construction including design review, and claims management, contract administration, project controls, construction supervision, commissioning, and licensing of the development.
