Besides providing 25,000 jobs, the project is expected to rejuvenate the former golf course in the city.

The site will feature 1,280 new residential apartments, 400 extended-stay apartments, one million square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment spaces, as well as a 440-room business hotel.
Serving as the lead design architect for the first phase of the site development, Foster + Partners will collaborate with Gensler, which serves as executive architect for the total project.
WSP USA will serve as the lead engineering firm.
