Flournoy Development Group has begun construction of a 434-unit community project in Gwinnett County, Georgia, US.

It will feature 376 multifamily units and 58 townhomes.

The class ‘A’ community scheme, called Exchange @ Gwinnett, will feature a pool courtyard, access-controlled living areas, three one-level parking decks, co-working space, courtyard/event greenspace, and many private pocket courtyard amenity areas.

This 14.8-acre project provides an easy access to I-85 and a short drive from the Mall of Georgia, which hosts several national retailers and anchor stores.

The Exchange @ Gwinnett is claimed to serve as a ‘new landmark district for live, work and play’.
