Danube Properties, a UAE-based affordable housing developer, has chosen Naresco Contracting as the main contractor for building the $129m (AED475m) Skyz Tower in Dubai, UAE, reported TradeArabia.
This high-rise Mediterranean-themed residential tower will feature apartments, retail outlets and recreational facilities.

Skyz will be built on a 67,837.39ft2 plot of land at Arjan, near the Miracle Garden.
This project will have an easy access to Mohammed Bin Zayed Highway.
According to the terms of the contract, Naresco Contracting will build Skyz Project by the end of Q3 2024.
Skyz will overlook Arabian Ranches, Miracle Garden, and Motor city communities.
