Global commercial real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield has acquired Dutch design and build practice DZAP.
Established in 1995, DZAP offers office interior designs and office building revitalisation services.
It currently employs 50 people to serve its customers on various projects across all sectors including Cushman & Wakefield’s Netherlands headquarters in UNStudio, Amsterdam.
Following the acquisition of Admos in Belgium and Luxembourg last year, the deal will improve the design and build capabilities of Cushman in EMEA.
Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands head Jeroen Lokerse said: “We have first-hand experience as a client of the exemplary service provided by the DZAP team. Above all, the culture and ambition of our two firms are fully aligned.
“This significant acquisition represents an immediate expansion of our full-service approach to clients in the Netherlands.
