Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) has initiated construction on Dubai Creek Gardens, a Dh3bn ($817m) residential project by Global Partners, in phase two of Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The development will occupy more than 127,000m² along Dubai Creek, with plans for over 1,400 residential units and extensive landscaped and recreational areas.

Dubai Creek Gardens is positioned as a new element in DHCC’s approach to integrated healthcare, wellness and lifestyle. It dedicates 70% of the site to green spaces, sports facilities, parks, and open areas focused on well-being.
The development forms part of ongoing efforts to align with Dubai’s Quality of Life Strategy 2033 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. Both initiatives prioritise enhancing living standards and developing sustainable, people-centred communities across the city.
DHCA also explained its role as a founding shareholder in the Global Partners Property Fund II, supporting long-term investment in projects within the area.
Dubai Creek Gardens is expected to feature the UAE’s first Westin and Renaissance branded residences, which are being introduced through a collaboration with Marriott International.
The new homes are part of a larger trend in Dubai for residential developments operated under well-known international brands. The site will also offer retail and dining options for residents.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2030.
