Choice Hotels International’s upscale brand, Cambria Hotels has broken ground on the new Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown in Austin, Texas, the US.
Located at 68 East Avenue in the historic Rainey Street District, the new 14-storey hotel features 212 rooms with multi-purpose indoor and outdoor spaces for work or relaxation.

It also includes an outdoor pool, patio, terrace, modern fitness centre, multi-function meeting and event spaces.
The Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown features contemporary and sophisticated guest rooms along with upscale amenities.
Slated to open in 2023 summer, the new hotel will join the other properties, including Cambria Hotel North Austin Near The Domain and Cambria Hotel Austin Airport, in the state capital which are expected to be opened this year.
Real estate firm Stratus Development Partners has been appointed to develop the Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown.

At present, Cambria Hotels has six open hotels across Texas that are located in Plano, Houston, Richardson, Southlake, McAllen and Dallas.
