It will include 146 inpatient/observation private hospital rooms, a 30-bed emergency department, an eight-bed surgery centre, four interventional/cardiac catheterisation suites and 26 intensive care unit beds.

A 15-bed mother and baby unit as well as a Labor & Delivery, which has C-section room, will also be included in the new hospital.
