Caddick Construction has secured a design and build contract from the UK Healthcare Developments to deliver a healthcare hub in Carlisle, the UK.

The four-storey healthcare hub will be located on Locke Road, Eastern Way in Carlisle. Carlisle Healthcare will run the new facility.

With 47,877ft2 of internal floor space, the new hub will accommodate mental health facilities, diabetes and respiratory clinics, GP services, community, as well as specialist physiotherapy services.

The Carlisle Healthcare Hub will also include a pharmacy, PV system plant, cafe, and expansion space.

According to Caddick Construction website, the project’s external works will include a car park, landscaping works, external refuse stores, bicycle shelters, hard paved areas and drainage works.
