The project represents the second partnership between Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz following their initial branded residential tower Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai in Downtown Dubai.
The community is designed as an integrated urban ecosystem comprising multiple residential towers featuring the Mercedes-Benz brand.
The master plan also includes cultural and leisure areas, retail spaces, parks, mobility hubs, sports facilities, and dining venues.
Organisers state that the district aims to make daily necessities accessible within walking distance for residents.

Binghatti Developers chair Muhammad BinGhatti said: “To partner once again with Mercedes‑Benz is a testament to our shared philosophy of excellence, precision and timeless design.
“‘Mercedes‑Benz Places – Binghatti City’ is envisioned as a world-class urban experience, a place where luxury and innovation converge to create a complete city within a city. This master plan will become one of Dubai’s most distinguished destinations and a true symbol of elevated living.”
The next branded initiative expands on previous collaborations by transitioning from single-building projects to a full-scale district, extending the Mercedes-Benz Places real-estate concept within Dubai.
It also reflects an ongoing effort by Mercedes-Benz to apply its design principles to architecture and urban planning.
According to the companies involved, the development uses the ‘Sensual Purity’ design philosophy found in Mercedes-Benz’s automotive work as a guiding theme for both architecture and spatial planning across Binghatti City.
Mercedes-Benz Group marketing and sales, board of management member Mathias Geisen said: “Creating extraordinary experiences for our customers is at the core of who we are. With our next branded real estate project ‘Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City’ in Dubai we are taking this promise to a new level – shaping destinations where our brand becomes something you can truly call home.”
