Balfour Beatty has secured a contract from Related Group to develop a mixed-used project, called Icon Marina Village, in Florida, the US.
Icon Marina Village will be a two-tower, 24-story luxury residential and mixed-use project in Florida’s West Palm Beach.

It will feature 399 luxury units.
Balfour Beatty broke ground on the project on 7 April 2021.
The new property will not only offer South Florida residents with a new rental community but also provide unhindered views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach Island, the Atlantic and Downtown West Palm Beach.

After completion, Icon Marina will feature a rooftop with adjoining garage and other amenities, such as a heated European-edge swimming pool, semi-private beach club with day dock and sand beach, business lounge, a relaxing spa with sauna, and an outdoor kitchen and fire pit.

The project will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with each home featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Italian cabinetry, full height backsplashes, and a secure, high speed managed Wi-Fi system.
Each waterfront unit will be standardised with high-ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping balconies. At least, two of the penthouses will have private rooftop swimming pools.
Icon Marina Village symbolises the first phase of a 19 plus acre integrated master development, which Balfour Beatty has undertaken with the collaboration of superyacht refit and repair specialist Rybovich near the location of Rybovich Superyacht Marina.

During construction, the Balfour Beatty team will employ lean construction methods and the latest technologies, such as Building Information Modeling, to efficiently deliver the Icon Marina project with Miami architect Arquitectonica.
With about 350 people working on the project, Icon Marina Village is scheduled for completion in 2023.
