
AECOM-Canyon Partners, and Tucker Development have partnered to develop a mixed-use project in Lincolnwood, Illinois.
The project, called District 1860, will feature 299 mid-rise multifamily units, an Amazon Fresh grocery store and more than 40,000 leasable square-footage of retail and restaurant space.
The project is slated to be finished in 2023.
The joint venture also closed on a senior construction loan from Pacific Western Bank (PWB), with construction of the project commencing.
Located in close proximity to downtown Chicago and Evanston, the scheme is accessible to major highways, Oakton-Skokie CTA and Edgebrook Metra train stations.
Furthermore, the complex will have easy access to neighbouring employment hubs and Chicago O’Hare International Airport.

The development will have additional retail space with multiple dining options, public space for gatherings and multifamily units with amenities.
