Property developer OMNIYAT has entrusted the construction of its waterfront developments in Dubai’s Marasi Bay, VELA and VELA Viento, to Arabian Construction Company (ACC Group).
ACC Group will serve as the main contractor for the project.
These developments are pivotal to OMNIYAT’s Marasi Bay vision, which includes residences, hospitality, retail, and wellness facilities.
The main construction works on VELA and VELA Viento are in progress, following the completion of initial milestones and site mobilisation.
The handover of these towers is anticipated in 2027, with VELA scheduled for that year’s second quarter and VELA Viento for the third quarter, further expanding OMNIYAT’s presence in the district.
Designed by UK-based architectural studio Foster + Partners, with interiors by Gilles & Boissier, an interior design and graphic design agency, both structures aim to provide improved living experiences.

By GlobalDataVELA Viento displays architectural characteristics, featuring three duplex residences with ‘hanging’ dining rooms that link the twin towers and a Sky Amenities Deck poised 100m above the ground.
VELA, on the other hand, will host three penthouses and be topped by a ‘Sky Palace’ that spans three floors.

In 2023, OMNIYAT commenced work on another luxury project, Orla, Dorchester Collection, in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
This beachfront development will span 29,000m² and include 85 residential units ranging from two to four bedrooms and one of the largest private mansions in Palm Jumeirah.
