Kier Construction has secured a £20m contract from the University of Bedfordshire in the UK to build a five-storey building at its Luton campus.

The five-storey building will provide 4,254m2 of space, including two Harvard-style lecture theatres, a cafe, quiet study areas and a student lounge, and will contain state-of-the art IT and audiovisual equipment.

The new facility will feature minimal carbon emissions and is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating.
