Out of the total IT job titles posted by Eaton Corporation, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 42.27% in May 2022, and a 20.59% rise over April 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 21.65% in May 2022, and registered flat growth. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 13.4% in May 2022, an 18.18% rise from April 2022.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 29.9%, registering a flat month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 10.31% share and an 11.11% rise over April 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 4.12% and a month-on-month increase of 100%.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 42.27% share in May 2022, a 2.5% growth over April 2022. India featured next with a 26.8% share, down 3.7% over the previous month. Canada recorded an 11.34% share, an increase of 83.33% compared with April 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Eaton Corporation IT hiring activity in May 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.76%, up by 23.91% from April 2022. Mid Level positions with a 22.68% share, a decline of 15.38% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 17.53% share, up 6.25% over April 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 1.03%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
