The project includes the following:

1. Construction of seven buildings on four different plots 113 to 116
2. Construction of two residential towers BEAT and PULSE
3. Construction of 200 rental and owner-occupied apartments and 400 condominiums on a 53,000m2 area
4. Construction of an eight-story student residence building on a 12,500m2 area with 260 dormitories for 370 students and a two-story foyer
5. Construction of the UBS Digital Art Museum on a 7,500m2 area with daylight-free exhibition rooms and team Lab
6. Construction of a day-care center
7. Construction of commercial and gastronomy facilities on a 3,000m2 area

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q2 2026.
