The industry’s overall hiring increased by 19.56% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.

Top five construction companies in Germany’s IT recruitment activity in August 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 14.49% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s construction industry during August 2021 over July 2021.
Eberspacher Climate Control Systems GmbHKG posted 45 IT jobs in August 2021 and registered a rise of 18.42% over the previous month, followed by STRABAG with 17 jobs and a 21.43% growth. Liebherr-International with 10 IT jobs and Bilfinger with 4 jobs, recorded a 42.86% flat growth and a 33.33% flat growth, respectively, while Trelleborg recorded a decline of 57.14% with 3 job postings during August 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 77.53%, up by 2.99% from July 2021. Entry Level positions with a 15.73% share, registered a flat growth compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6.74% share, up 100% over July 2021.
