Willmott Dixon has secured a contract from Bridgend College for its new £60m ($64.55m) Town Centre Campus development in Wales, UK.
The project has been procured under the South East & Mid Wales Collaborative Construction Framework 3.

The college will move from its Cowbridge Road Campus to the former police station and multistorey car park site at Cheapside, Bridgend.
Dixon has partnered with Rio Architects for the 13,000m² development, encompassing two buildings.
The project will provide teaching and learning facilities for a range of courses for post-16 education.
The new campus will also comprise a 200-seat theatre, hair and beauty salons, recording and dance studios, design workshops, and flexible meeting spaces.

Dixon Wales managing director Neal Stephens said: “We are delighted to be chosen for this transformational project in Bridgend. With a strong presence across south Wales, it follows our work to deliver the Police Learning Centre for South Wales Police in Bridgend, which was completed three years ago.
“Just like then, our focus will be on supporting the ‘local pound’ by using regional supply chain partners where possible and working with students at Bridgend College to support their own learning journeys.”
The initiative is being partly funded by the Welsh Government’s Sustainable Communities for Learning programme.
It is further expected to contribute to the regeneration of Bridgend’s town centre.
Last month, Willmott Dixon Interiors was chosen for refurbishment work at Brent Civic Centre in London, UK.
This project will upgrade 22,600ft² of space at the site, improving its library, customer services, and mezzanine floor.
