Construction of the Seascape Towne Centre has begun in Miramar Beach, Florida, US, and is expected to completed by next year.

Spreading across an area of 55,000ft2, the community centre is being designed as a destination for dining, shopping, and family entertainment.
It is located at Highway 98 at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach.
It will offer amenities and family-friendly entertainment facilities, including restaurants, entertainment sector, boutique shops and markets.
There are also plans to include a large tiki bar, along with an ice cream parlour and other food and beverage offerings.

By GlobalDataThe outdoor events plaza will host an array of entertainment options such as climbing walls, remote-control boats, and golf chipping with a live music venue.
Seascape Resorts general manager Jay Nettles said: "We could not be happier with the tenant mix, concepts and overall direction.
