A joint venture of Moda Living and Apache Capital Partners plans to construct a £145m purpose-built rental development on Broad Street, Birmingham.
This 37-storey structure will be the JV's first major project in the UK city and it will feature around 450 flats.
It has been planned and designed by Glenn Howells Architects, reported Constructionenquirer.com.
Moda Living's UK development director Lee Savage was quoted by the website as saying: “This site fits in perfectly with our strategy of targeting central locations in major urban areas, where we can deliver high quality rental housing at scale to professionals let down by the buy-to-let market while also supporting on-going regeneration efforts.”
The tower will feature around 35,000ft² of retail, office, and leisure space. The rental development scheme will be delivered by Moda Living and funded by Apache Capital.
Moda Living is a joint venture between Caddick construction group and Generate Land. Apache Capital is a UK and Gulf based private real estate investment management firm.
