Bruntwood SciTech is a 50:50 joint venture comprising Bruntwood and Legal & General.
Construction contractor GMI Construction Group has been appointed to build the £87m site.
The 267,000ft² facility will house 15 floors of workspace and is expected to become operational in the first quarter of 2025.
Bridge Architects has designed the facility, which will feature a ground-floor shop, a recreational space, a shared lounge, an event area, and a roof terrace.
No3 Circle Square is being designed to achieve net-zero embodied carbon during construction, as well as BREEAM Excellent status, a NABERS 5-star certification, and an energy performance certificate A rating upon completion.
