The London Borough of Brent has chosen Willmott Dixon to construct 55 affordable homes and two community centres.
The work will be undertaken under two contracts with a total value of over £30m.

The contract for Brent Indian Centre project carries a value of £17.3m.
This project requires the company to demolish the current building and replace it with a new community facility and 29 affordable homes.
The existing occupants of Brent Indian Community will shift to the new development, which will include a multi-purpose hall, commercial kitchen, offices and an IT training room.
The contract for the Learie Constantine Community Centre project has a value of £13.6m.

By GlobalDataWillmott Dixon will be required to demolish the building to develop the Learie Constantine Centre’s new home, along with 26 new homes featuring one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The company secured the two contracts through the SCAPE Construction framework.
