Replay Destinations has broken ground on Camelback Mountain, which is the next phase of development at the Ascent at the Phoenician private community located at Scottsdale, Arizona, US.
The Camelback Residences will be situated in the heart of the Ascent community with a total of 60 luxury residences in two buildings.

This high-end development will overlook the Phoenician Golf Course and sits next to The Phoenician, a luxury collection resort in Scottsdale.
The initial release of 32 residences will comprise one bedroom plus den to three-bedroom plus den plans.
The Camelback Residences will have indoor-outdoor living, floor-to-ceiling glass to leverage views and natural light, and spa-inspired bathrooms.
The buildings will provide views of city lights, and each will feature a rooftop terrace with views of the neighbouring mountain ranges.

Meanwhile, construction of Ascent at the Phoenician community’s Mountain Residences is expected to be completed by early 2024.
Ascent has sold 90% of the Mountainside Residences, representing more than $80m in sales.
The Mountainside Residences is a building of 40 luxury condominiums.
Prices for the remaining residences vary from $4.1m to $4.85m.

These condominium residences will be situated near the Mountain Club, which is a private club for owners at Ascent.
A private pool, fitness and movement rooms, social spaces and a demo kitchen for cooking classes and private chef experiences are part of the Mountain Club.
