Wood Partners, a multifamily real estate development firm, has broken ground on its new luxury residential community, named Alta Vale, in Raleigh, North Carolina, US.
Located just outside the 440 Beltline in Raleigh, the new project will provide 306 apartments comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
Each unit will feature in-home washer and dryer sets, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, and vinyl plank flooring in the living room, kitchen, and baths.
The development will also include an outdoor kitchen and lounge, a resort-style pool, an on-site dog park as well as access to the Crabtree Creek greenway trail.
Alta Vale will also feature luxurious club house with resident café, an advanced fitness centre, co-working and conference spaces, game room, ample entertainment areas and pet spa.
Wood Partners managing director Caitlin Shelby said: “We designed Alta Vale to provide residents with the best of both worlds—a modern, luxurious community to call home located in a prime location with direct access to Raleigh’s Crabtree Creek greenway.
