Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company has collaborated with Italian fashion house Missoni to develop AED800m ($217.7m) Urban Oasis residential tower in Dubai.
Situated in the heart of Dubai, on Dubai Water Canal, the new development is Dar Al Arkan’s first project in the UAE.

The 38-storey tower will feature two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as four-bedroom penthouses with MissoniHome luxury interiors.
Each penthouse will have a private elevator, a closed kitchen, living spaces and expansive bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Other luxury facilities and services in the Urban Oasis residential tower will include car parking, a children’s play area, swimming pool, gymnasium, and 24/7 concierge and security service.

By GlobalDataThe water-front residential tower will be located in in close proximity to downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Beach, and the Dubai Mall.
Construction work on the Urban Oasis tower is scheduled to be completed before the end of 2023.
