
St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics has started construction on the second phase of the project at the company’s industrial and logistics development in Newport, UK.
The project will include two units of 30,000ft2 and 100,000ft2, which will provide high quality industrial and warehouse space.
Located at the gateway to South Wales, St. Modwen Park Newport is 12 miles from Cardiff and 20 miles from Bristol. The site has close access to J23a and J24 of the M4.
The two new units are being designed to meet the needs of modern clients. The buildings will feature high bays, top specification offices, spacious car parking and ample yard space.
The new units are expected to be completed by May next year.

The expansion project follows the successful completion of the first two phases that provided new buildings for both Amazon and CAF’s new train production facility.
Neil Francis of Knight Frank, Chris Yates of Cushman and Wakefield, and Heather Lawrence of JLL are serving as the joint agents for the scheme.
