Construction work on the $67m Catalyst Logistic Park located in Sheffield, the UK commenced in Q4 2022. It was announced in Q1 2019.

The project involves the construction of a 26,477m2 logistic park comprising five units ranging from 2,170m2 to 10,056m2 on 7.2ha of land in Sheffield, the UK.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of warehouses
2. Construction of loading and unloading space
3. Construction of administrative spaces
4. Construction of storage units
5. Construction of distribution units
6. Construction of a parking facility
7. Installation of PIR-controlled LED lighting
8. Installation of a rooftop solar PV system
9. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project, spread across 7 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q1 2023.
