US-based real estate development company Wood Partners has broken ground on its new residential community, Alta Center Point, in San Marcos, Texas, US.

Alta Center Point is located at 625 Gregson Bend and will be the company’s first development in the San Marcos region.

It will have 330 apartments and comprises one, two and three bedroom options, upon completion.

The real estate firm claims that each home will be equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes.

With an upgraded Smart Package, select homes in the community will provide latest technology and security offerings to the residents.

Construction works at the site are scheduled to begin by the end of this month, with opening for lease expected next year.

Alta Center Point is situated along the I-35 corridor and offers quick access to shopping, dining and entertainment options in downtown San Marcos.

Furthermore, the new development is within the close proximity of the area’s leading employers such as Amazon, HEB, Texas State University and Tanger Outlets.

Alta Center Point residents will also be able to use other outdoor recreational activities.
