The project involves the construction of a 49,474m2 three-building industrial complex in Fort Worth, Texas, the US.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of two rear-load buildings
2. Construction of one front-load building
3. Construction of truck courts
4. Construction of trailer spaces
5. Construction of storage space
6. Construction of loading and unloading facilities
7. Construction of an administrative office
8. Construction of parking facilities
9. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q2 2023.
