The project involves the construction of a 28-story 157m height office tower on 7.8ha of land in Prampi Makara district, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

1. Construction of meeting rooms
2. Construction of an administrative facility

Construction on the project, spread across 8 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.
Vietnam-based Aedas is the architect and engineering design consultant for the FTB Tower, while City Council of Phnom Penh is the planning authority.
