Construction work on the $120m Akasaka 2-Chome Office Tower located in Tokyo, Japan commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q1 2019.

The project involves the construction of a 160m high, 28-story above-ground, and three-story below-ground office tower with a floor area of 75,000m2 on 0.59ha of land in Tokyo, Japan.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of an office space
2. Construction of conference rooms
3. Construction of retail stores
4. Construction of parking facilities
5. Installation of elevators
6. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project, spread across 1 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q2 2024.

Owners of the project include Japan-based Sekisui House Ltd, Nippon Life Insurance Company.
