Construction work on the $250m Tokushima Bunri University New School Building located in Kanagawa, Japan commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q4 2020.
The project involves the construction of an 18-story above ground and one-story below ground school building on 0.6ha of land in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of a conference hall
2. Construction of labs
3. Construction of a digital library
4. Construction of an administration space
5. Construction of a cafe
6. Construction of sports facilities
7. Construction of parking facilities
8. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project, spread across 1 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q3 2024.
Owners of the project include Japan-based Tokushima Bunri University.
