IT jobs claimed a 10.97% share in the company’s total hiring activity in September 2021, and recorded a 1.3% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Black & Veatch IT hiring in September 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Black & Veatch, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 33.75% in September 2021, and a 49.53% drop over August 2021, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 32.81% in September 2021, and registered flat growth. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 16.72% in September 2021, a 1.92% rise from August 2021.

North America emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in September 2021 with a 99.37% share, which marked a flat growth over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 0.63%, registering a flat month-on-month growth.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 98.11% share in September 2021, a 0.64% decline over August 2021. Mexico featured next with a 1.26% share, up 100% over the previous month.

Mid Level jobs lead Black & Veatch IT hiring activity in September 2021

Mid Level jobs held a share of 49.84%, up by 5166.67% from August 2021. Junior Level positions with a 33.12% share, a decline of 33.54% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Senior job ads with 16.4% share, flat growth over August 2021, while Entry Level postings accounted for 0.63%, recording a month-on-month decline of 98.08%.
