6. Construction of a business lounge
7. Construction of 10,869m2 of walkways
8. Construction of an airport transit station
9. Construction of bike lanes
10. Remodeling of 15,236m2 space
11. Upgrade of terminal one
12. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2024.
Owners of the project include US-based Lee County Port Authority.
