The programme offers flexible payment options spanning up to a decade, along with discounts of up to 7%, addressing the needs expressed by expatriates at the sixth Conference of Egyptians Living Abroad.

El Sherbini said the programme aligns with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s directives to improve services for Egyptians living overseas and to support their involvement in national development efforts.

The minister also reviewed the ‘Housing for All Egyptians’ initiative, a housing programme for low-income citizens, which covers all governorates and new cities.

He added that the deadline for applications for the ‘Housing for All Egyptians 7’ offering has been extended to 14 September.

Regarding land offerings, El Sherbini stated that NUCA is increasing the provision of residential plots across various categories to address the rising demand.

This move is intended to encourage development in new cities and enable citizens from diverse income levels to construct their own homes in accordance with regulations.
