The US branch of UK consultant W.S. Atkins, Atkins North America has agreed to pay $28.7M to acquire the Atlanta based construction management and cost consulting firm, Hanscomb International Corp. The move sees the company affirming it’s bid to become a billion dollar architecture and engineering firm with the ultimate goal of being “the premier solutions provider” in the US according to Paul Wood, Atkins North America chief executive.
