US underground engineering and environmental firm Haley & Aldrich has announced the addition of Techna Corporation of Plymouth and Monroe, Michigan, to its national network of offices. The staff of the Techna Corporation, an environmental consulting firm, will form the core of Haley & Aldrich’s environmental department in the underground engineering area.
