Montenegro’s road construction directorate is to negotiate a contract with two rival construction groups for the construction of the Sozina road tunnel. This follows an unsuccessful retender of the job after both bidders failed to meet the financial requirements of the scheme. One contracting team is led by Croatia’s Konstruktor Engineering. The second is a JV between Germany’s Walter Bau and two Slovenian firms, Slovenijaceste and Gradis.
