Mansell has secured a £18.5m contract from Mortar Developments to design and build a mixed-use scheme at 465/465a Caledonian Road, Islington, UK.
Under the contract, Mansell will build the mixed-use development, which will provide 350 student accommodation units across 12 levels alongside retail and office space.

The project, which aims to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, will comprise a mixture of 76 studio flats, 38 adaptable units and 236 units in cluster arrangements.
In addition, the development will also include 673m² of retail area on the ground floor as well as 589m² of office space across three floors at the north end of the site.
The project is expected to finish by June 2013.
