Skanska has begun the €24m second phase (building B) of the Green Towers office project in Wroclaw, Poland.
The building has a total leasable area of 11,600m2 and the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2012.

Skanska has designed the building with a number of green solutions and the office complex has been pre-certified with a LEED Platinum rating.
The total value of the Green Towers investment is €48m.
