Turner Construction Company has been appointed as the overall site manager for the One Beverly Hills project, a 17.5-acre development in Beverly Hills, California, US.
Turner Construction will be involved as the contractor for the first phase of the project.
The multibillion-dollar project broke ground in February 2024 and is due for completion in late 2027.
One Beverly Hills will offer residential, hospitality, and retail elements. Master planning has been carried out by architecture and design studio Foster + Partners,
The development will feature two Aman-branded residential towers, an Aman Hotel, and an Aman Club, designed by Kerry Hill Architects.
The Beverly Hilton, which hosts the Golden Globes and the Milken Global Conference, will be redesigned by David Colins Studio.

Adamson Associates has taken on the role of executive architect for the project.

This project will bring more than 2,500 construction jobs to the area and we look forward to continuing our work with Cain International and OKO Group to bring this project to life.”
Recently, Turner Construction was named the lead builder for the new 12,000-seat stadium for Republic Football Club in Sacramento, Northern California, with ground-breaking on the development scheduled later this year.
Furthermore, the City of Dallas in Texas selected Trinity Alliance, a joint venture led by AECOM Hunt and Turner Construction, as the construction manager for Component 1 of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Master Plan project.
Trinity Alliance will handle a range of services, including preconstruction, construction, and associated demolition for the expansion.
