Mott MacDonald has secured a 2.5bn yuan (£237m) contract from Guilin DiHao Properties Development, part of the Hua Yang Nian Properties Development Group, to design a 145,000m2 mixed-use development in Guilin, China.
The project includes a 70,000m2 luxury shopping mall, a 15,000m2 supermarket, a 30,000m2 Sheraton hotel and 30,000m2 of serviced apartments.
