Gearbox Software is planning to lease office space at a $60m mixed-use project at Frisco Square in Dallas, Texas, US.
The company will move from its current headquarters in Plano, Texas, to 61,000ft2 of new office space in Frisco Square.

Designed by O’Brien Associates, the three-building mixed-use development includes 100,000ft2 of office space, 220 apartments, 50,000ft2 of retail space and an 800-space parking garage.
Construction on the project will begin in early 2012 and is scheduled for completion in late spring 2013.
